  • The Leadership Academy offers classes and seminars for EBX Group managers. The activities are designed to create a leadership development culture.

    The academy is divided into semesters, with programs renewed every season. The topics cover a multidisciplinary approach with a focus on skills, values and ideals of the Group. Managers organize an agenda according to their individual availabilities.

  • EBX Group companies offer the opportunity for talented young people to enter the labor market. The experience provides training for participants in accordance with Brazilian Law 10097 of December 19, 2000.

    The quota for Youth Apprenticeships varies from 5% to 15% of the effective employee payroll of each company.

    For many youths, the program represents the opportunity for their first job. Under the supervision of managers and professionals, young people perform activities that will give them a foundation for career success.

    The training is 75% practice and 25% theory (academic).

    To participate, it is necessary to be at least 18 years of age and have completed or be in high school. The registration is made through the Business-School Integration Center (CIEE.org.br).

  • Living Well is a quality of life program for all EBX Group employees which develops initiatives to improve health conditions inside and outside the workplace.

    The Companies offer activities such as gymnastics and "quick massages," providing a sense of well-being and help in the prevention of work-related illness.

    The program also supports activities outside the workplace, such as organizing soccer competitions between group companies and providing support structures for participants competing in Rio de Janeiro athletic events.

  • The promotion of diversity and respect for human beings are EBX Group trademarks. Accordingly, the Group created the Igualar program, which offers real opportunities for professional growth for individuals with disabilities.

    The selection of candidates follows the highest standards of excellence in human resources. The vacancies are distributed among all the companies of the EBX Group.

More than only fulfill legal requirements, our objective is to promote awareness of leaders and employees about the importance of the difference, that even in the difference, we are all equal.

  • Through PROQUALI, we offer training courses and prepare professionals of areas surrounding our local businesses.

    The activities planned for each community are based on a socioeconomic analysis of each region and are guided by studies of the different characteristics of the local labor market around each company and its surroundings.

    Educational programs are conducted with recognized partners to increase employment opportunities for participants. For businesses, the program provides qualified local professionals, in cities such as São João da Barra, Candiota, Mangalore, Itaguaí and Capinzal do Norte. The duration of the courses varies from one to eight months, training professionals in areas such as mechanics and civil construction.

    Registrations are held in locations close to the project locations. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Selection criteria and minimum requirements vary by program. Preference is given to local residents of areas surrounding the projects.
