MPX is our energy company that was innovative in introducing the concept of integrated energy systems. Based on efficient logistics, it engages in activities that range from the purchase and sale of natural resources to the generation and marketing of electric power.

The industry’s demand for seamless provision of equipment and services for the offshore oil and gas industry led EBX to create OSX. The company operates in the areas of shipbuilding, the chartering of exploration and production units (E&P), as well as operations and maintenance services (O&M).
